I recently wrapped up a branding project for Swiech Consulting LLC, a financial advisory firm based in Lockport, just outside Buffalo, NY. Founder James Swiech brings decades of experience as a CPA, and together with his wife, Donna, they’ve built a firm centered on helping clients feel confident and secure about their financial future.
When we started the project, I led James and Donna through my brand discovery and mood board process. This phase is all about uncovering the visual personality of a business—colors, typography, textures, and imagery that capture its spirit. For Swiech Consulting, we focused on themes of stability, trust, and protection, all key values for a financial services brand.
Once we had a clear design direction, I moved on to logo development. The goal was to create a mark that symbolized financial protection and long-term security—something that would feel both timeless and approachable. After refining several concepts, we landed on a logo that perfectly balances professionalism with security.
To complete the brand, I designed a comprehensive style guide and supporting collateral materials, ensuring every touchpoint—from business cards to digital assets—feels cohesive and consistent. A style guide is especially helpful for teams and vendors, providing clear rules for using your logo, colors, and fonts so your brand always looks polished and on-message.
If you’re a local business looking for Buffalo NY logo design or branding support, I’d love to help you create a visual identity that builds trust and stands the test of time.
