It’s hard for me to believe it’s the end of April. Q1 flew by and we are already a good month into Q2. I never got a chance to get my goals up online for the year, as I dove into 2024 headfirst with a slew of new projects.
To recap what I’ve done so far this year:
New website designs:
I’m currently working on two different website designs in SquareSpace. It is a very easy intuitive platform. I’ve run the gamut on website platforms and designs, in fact I first started designing websites back in 1998. Thankfully everything is much more user-friendly now and you don’t need to code in order to launch a website. However, you still should understand how to properly layout your site and write to convert customers. Stay tuned, as both are launching in the next few weeks!
New infographics/marketing materials:
I had the pleasure of working with a new client recently. I completed some design work for the Mental Health Association of Niagara County. This infographic was really fun to create and highlight all of the valuable work that MHA is doing for the area.
New Branding:
I am so excited to unveil a new branding project for Beyond Words, LLC. Beyond Words provides holistic energy healing. It is run by Wendy Lane, LCSW, who has many years of experience specializing in Reiki (including training Reiki practitioners), Meditation, Akashic Records and Healing Circles. It was such a pleasure to develop the branding. I am going to be doing a case study on the entire design process soon!
As you can see, I’ve been really busy and this does not include the 20 new pattern designs I’ve launched over on my Spoonflower shop as well as the many designs I’ve been busy creating for Minted. I also continue to practice my handlettering designs. This is one I recently completed that is part of a larger collection of surface pattern designs.
I am fortunate to also support 3 different clients in their email newsletter creation as well as social media graphics.
